We’re seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive performance, safety, and quality at our steel manufacturing facility.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient use of employees and equipment.
• Train, coach, and support employees to meet safety, quality, and production standards.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, solve problems, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with plant leadership (Production, CIM, Materials, Plant Engineer) to maximize productivity.
• Lead by example and foster accountability, team building, and a continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years (preferably 5+) of proven manufacturing management experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety, quality, and operational best practices.
• Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and people management.
• Technical expertise with industry-standard equipment and computer literacy.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
