Position Summary

The Manufacturing Operations Analyst supports daily manufacturing and warehouse operations by ensuring production processes, inventory management, and warehouse activities are executed accurately and efficiently. This hands-on role works closely with production, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain inventory integrity, support ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing operations, warehouse management, inventory control, and ERP/WMS systems, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations
  • Provide daily on-site support for receiving, production, inventory, and shipping activities.

  • Assist production and warehouse teams in executing workflows using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Ensure raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods are properly labeled, tracked, and staged.

  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation activities.

  • Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate warehouse records.

Systems & Process Support
  • Perform ERP transactions, including item verification, inventory updates, bin validation, and data integrity checks.

  • Verify production components, operational routing, and inventory locations to support manufacturing readiness.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, document, and escalate system or operational issues as needed.

  • Ensure data accuracy across manufacturing and warehouse systems.

Training & Operational Support
  • Assist with onboarding and training employees on ERP/WMS processes and system usage.

  • Reinforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.

  • Provide hands-on support during live production under management guidance.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Track daily operational activities, issues, and process observations.

  • Prepare operational reports and communicate findings to management.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, inventory accuracy, and process optimization.

  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing operational enhancements.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or production operations.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse production environment.

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and effectively utilize enterprise systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized operational procedures.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and Manufacturing Mobile is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of inventory transactions, production workflows, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations.

  • Experience performing cycle counts, physical inventory, inventory reconciliation, and bin management.

  • Ability to identify operational process gaps, investigate inventory discrepancies, and recommend improvements.

  • Interest in manufacturing operations, operational analytics, and continuous process improvement.
