Summary:
-
Take initiative to identify and resolve daily constraints.
-
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-
Conduct research on parts and engineering details to track, status, and resolve constraints.
-
Proactively review schedules to identify potential constraints; attend line-by-line review meetings to communicate status.
-
Attend and/or lead Tier meetings.
-
Utilize Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system to track constraints.
-
Assist in developing and implementing site processes and procedures.
-
Create and present project proposals to senior leadership and mechanic-level staff.
-
Support mechanics in interpreting specifications and drawings.
-
Aid shop in procurement or modification of tools.
-
Coach less experienced mechanics and teammates on processes to build knowledge and skills.
-
Foster communication and emotional intelligence with a customer service mindset, promoting the values of speak, seek, and listen.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' related experience, Master's degree with 1+ years' related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
3+ years' experience in critical problem-solving, issue resolution, and procedure development.
-
3+ years' experience accessing aircraft data via computer systems and reading technical data.
-
3+ years' experience in aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, or modification.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel data manipulation and PowerPoint presentations.

Frequent walking on flat surfaces.
-
Ability to go up and down stairs.
-
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
-
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with GOLD, I-GOLD, Vipers, NCM (Non-Conformance System), SAT, or similar software.
-
Leadership and project management experience.
-
Previous line-side control center experience.
-
Experience with depot-level or modification maintenance.
