Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Operations Manager position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum five years of operations leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment; automotive experience strongly preferred
• Direct and oversee all manufacturing operations, including labor planning, production scheduling, and material control
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Build, develop, and manage the operations leadership team while strengthening employee relations
• Oversee operational budgeting, training programs, and policy compliance, including applicable regulatory requirements
• Ensure production meets quality standards, customer specifications, and on-time delivery goals
• Lead problem-solving efforts and support long-range operational planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
