Operations Manager – Machining | Parsippany Hills, NJ (Onsite)

We are conducting an exclusive search for a well-established manufacturing client seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead plant operations in a precision machining environment.

This is a high-impact role for a self-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants to influence performance, efficiency, and overall plant success.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Plant Leadership to drive day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Improve production, scheduling, and capacity planning
• Lead cost reduction and process improvement efforts
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and quality expectations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Finance, and HR
• Support team leadership, performance management, and workforce planning

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Background in CNC machining or Swiss machining and leading machining teams
• Experience with quality, production control, and tooling
• Solid understanding of operational metrics and cost drivers
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
