Job Title: Helper Relief Manufacturing Operator

Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:50 AM 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:50 PM 11:00 PM
  (Mandatory overtime; must be flexible to work both shifts.)

Location: Humboldt, TN

About the Role:
The Helper Relief position is an entry-level manufacturing role supporting production operations. This position functions like a floater, assisting across multiple areas as needed to maintain efficiency and safety on the floor.

Top Requirements:

1. Prior manufacturing experience

2. Machine operation skills

3. Strong mechanical aptitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various manufacturing machines and power tools

• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with all regulations

• Keep accurate attendance and follow company attendance policy

• Maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Read a tape measure; perform basic math and computer tasks

• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the entire shift

• Work daily overtime and weekends as required
