Summary:
- The role supports manufacturing operations by following established SOPs and Quality System requirements, operating production equipment, completing accurate documentation, and ensuring product quality and safety in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- The position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow established Manufacturing SOPs and Quality System requirements.
- Accurately complete production documentation, including weights, times, dates, and in-process records.
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as conveyors and adjust speeds as required.
- Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere strictly to safety, regulatory, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain safe operations when working with Schedule I V materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments, or
- Some college education with 1 2 years of applicable experience, or
- Bachelor's degree with 0 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to follow SOPs and quality system requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness and ability to work in cold environments and around loud equipment.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, including use of required PPE.
