Summary:
  • The role supports manufacturing operations by following established SOPs and Quality System requirements, operating production equipment, completing accurate documentation, and ensuring product quality and safety in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • The position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic production setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established Manufacturing SOPs and Quality System requirements.
  • Accurately complete production documentation, including weights, times, dates, and in-process records.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment such as conveyors and adjust speeds as required.
  • Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Adhere strictly to safety, regulatory, and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain safe operations when working with Schedule I V materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments, or
  • Some college education with 1 2 years of applicable experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree with 0 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and quality system requirements.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness and ability to work in cold environments and around loud equipment.
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, including use of required PPE.
