Primary Employment Objectives: Under general direction, you'll be responsible for various routine tasks associated with lens coating, ensuring the Coating Line operates smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve monitoring operations, conducting basic testing and inspections, and collaborating with our team to maintain optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Coating Line for optimal operation
• Conduct basic testing and inspection of lenses and fluids
• Report equipment issues to supervisors and engineers
• Respond to alarms and abnormalities
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Collaborate closely with Machine Operators

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Military experience a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• U.S. Government Authorization required

Work Environment:
• Occasional exposure to laboratory conditions
• Handling of chemicals and hazardous waste disposal
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
