Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer II plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by applying engineering expertise to improve processes, resolve technical challenges, and drive efficiency. This position requires proactive problem-solving, ownership of complex engineering tasks, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing performance while ensuring alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex manufacturing engineering projects involving multiple interdependent elements

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvements, optimize efficiency, and enhance product quality

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to technical challenges using creative problem-solving approaches

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with operational goals

• Anticipate potential issues and proactively recommend corrective actions

• Support verification and validation activities through peer review and technical assessments

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and regulatory standards

• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams as needed


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical environment

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and systems

• Ability to manage complex technical tasks and drive projects independently

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in regulated environments such as medical devices or healthcare manufacturing

• Familiarity with process validation and continuous improvement methodologies

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
