Manufacturing Process Engineer Apply
Job Description:A client is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their plant where they produce engines. You will be part of a two-shift operation with a small, salaried workforce that values collaboration and cross-functional support. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and operating engine test equipment, diagnosing and addressing issues with engines that fail tests, and responding to equipment malfunctions and assembly process disruptions. You will also participate in continuous improvement projects, attending team meetings to review defects and downtime events, and implementing solutions to enhance business results. Our work environment is clean, well-lit, and air-conditioned, with epoxied floors and engines on display. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, as the plant frequently hosts visitors. This role offers potential for extension and growth within the company. REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Engineering5 years of experience in manufacturing Must have Engine Testing Experience - Bauer Test SystemsExperience with Fastening - Atlas Copco Torque Programming3D Modeling capabilityComfortable working 1st or 2nd shift - will primarily be on 1st shift, but will need to work 2nd shift depending on business needs. 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm. 2nd shift: 3PM-11:30PM.
