Manufacturing Process Engineer | Newington, NH | $90K


We’re seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Newington, NH. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining injection molding processes using scientific molding principles to ensure consistent, high-quality production.

This is a hands-on, highly technical role for someone who thrives in continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and advanced manufacturing environments. This is a F/T direct placement to the client with a target salary of $90K -$100K, BOE.


✅ What You’ll Do

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain injection molding processes for engineered molding products
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to process engineers and technicians
  • Establish, enhance, and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) to reduce scrap and drive quality
  • Lead sampling and evaluation of new tools, materials, and processes with thorough documentation
  • Review and analyze capability studies; recommend and implement corrective actions
  • Define control dimensions and improve process flow using LEAN manufacturing concepts
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of resins, tooling, mold construction, and automation solutions
  • Support automation integration, DOE initiatives, and AI/ML-enabled manufacturing systems (MES)
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer teams
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with ISO and quality system standards


🎯 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Polymer, Materials, Mechanical, or related field)
  • 5+ years of injection molding process engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in Scientific Injection Molding, SPC, and DOE
  • Experience with injection molding automation and tooling development/modification
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to stay on scope and on schedule
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience incorporating AI/ML or advanced MES systems into manufacturing environments
  • Ability to build and sustain repeatable, well-documented processes
