Position Overview Preci Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Process Planner / Layout Engineer to support our engineering and production teams. This position is responsible for creating process plans, drafting operation layouts, supporting tooling and fixturing documentation, and helping translate customer engineering requirements into clear instructions for the shop floor. Requirements • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred • CAD experience required; drafting or manufacturing drawing experience preferred • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Interest in precision manufacturing, machining, tooling, and production planning • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities • Willingness to learn military, aerospace, ISO 9001, and AS9100-related requirements • Ability to communicate clearly with engineering, quality, and production teams • Prior manufacturing, machining, internship, or co-op experience is a plus, but not required Salary Description Pay: $24.50 - $30.00 per hour
