We are seeking a dedicated Associate of Manufacturing to join our dynamic production environment. This role involves hands-on operations in a clean room setting, supporting commercial, clinical, and launch activities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a team and possess a strong safety culture mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of manufacturing equipment.
  • Weigh and prepare buffers/media following manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
  • Operate under cGMP standards with a focus on safety and compliance.
  • Monitor critical processes and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
  • Participate in drafting and revising SOPs, MPs, and quality deviation reports.
  • Assist with equipment logs, batch records, and process improvements.
  • Work in a clean room environment with full gowning, and occasionally handle heavy equipment.
  • Engage in team-based tasks, champion Lean initiatives, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on operations on the production floor, including equipment setup, operation, and testing.
  • Perform routine tasks such as equipment cleaning, raw material dispensing, and sample collection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in risk assessments.
  • Lift and move materials up to 30 lbs regularly.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs during shifts.
  • Comfortable working in a clean room environment with full protective gear.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree OR
  • High School diploma with 3 years of manufacturing experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of chemistry, biology, and math.
  • Experience with lab environments and safety protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Shift:

  • Night Shift 6:45PM - 7AM Rotation
  • Swing Shift
