Manufacturing Process Technician Ns Apply
We are seeking a dedicated Associate of Manufacturing to join our dynamic production environment. This role involves hands-on operations in a clean room setting, supporting commercial, clinical, and launch activities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a team and possess a strong safety culture mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Perform set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of manufacturing equipment.
- Weigh and prepare buffers/media following manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
- Operate under cGMP standards with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Monitor critical processes and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Participate in drafting and revising SOPs, MPs, and quality deviation reports.
- Assist with equipment logs, batch records, and process improvements.
- Work in a clean room environment with full gowning, and occasionally handle heavy equipment.
- Engage in team-based tasks, champion Lean initiatives, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Hands-on operations on the production floor, including equipment setup, operation, and testing.
- Perform routine tasks such as equipment cleaning, raw material dispensing, and sample collection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in risk assessments.
- Lift and move materials up to 30 lbs regularly.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs during shifts.
- Comfortable working in a clean room environment with full protective gear.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR
- High School diploma with 3 years of manufacturing experience
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of chemistry, biology, and math.
- Experience with lab environments and safety protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Shift:
- Night Shift 6:45PM - 7AM Rotation
- Swing Shift
