Manufacturing Process Technician Ns Apply
Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team. This position involves performing operational tasks in a dynamic, safety-focused production environment. Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Process Technician will handle key functions within the manufacturing area to support commercial, clinical, and launch activities, ensuring compliance with safety and cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, set up, clean, and sanitize manufacturing equipment as per SOPs.
- Weigh buffers/media, adhering to manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
- Strictly follow GMP documentation and safety protocols.
- Perform process monitoring, critical troubleshooting, and sample collection.
- Handle parts washing, sterilization activities, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Work in a clean room environment with full gowning requirements, including gloves and safety shoes.
- Support quality initiatives by initiating deviation reports, drafting/revising SOPs, and equipment logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in Lean Transformation and Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives.
- Create an inclusive, positive work environment through interactions with team members.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive movements, bending, climbing, kneeling, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
- Navigate stairs and ladders up to 6 feet.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, OR
- High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Comfort handling chemicals, with an understanding of lab safety.
- Strong teamwork experience, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and implement improvements.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of chemistry, biology, and math.
- Experience with lab environments and safety protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
