We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Process Technician to support commercial, clinical, and launch production activities. The ideal candidates will work in a highly regulated, safety-first, team-based environment, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on operations including equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitization.
  • Prepare and weigh buffers/media according to defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
  • Strictly follow GMP guidelines, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Execute critical process monitoring, perform basic troubleshooting, and take in-process samples.
  • Operate analytical equipment and assist with parts washing and sterilization.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a clean room environment, adhering to gowning protocols.
  • Draft, revise, and review documentation (SOPs, MPs, equipment logs, batch records).
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
  • Initiate and support quality deviation reports as necessary.
  • Support lean transformation initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster collaboration within the manufacturing department and key site stakeholders.
  • Regularly handle and lift up to 35 lbs., push/pull objects up to 50 lbs. of force, and perform physical movements including bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing on ladders or stairs.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and written communication.
  • Experience working in team-based environments with an understanding of safety culture.
  • Previous exposure to laboratory or chemical processing environments preferred.
  • Experience in a technical field.
  • Familiarity with advanced computer systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow procedures accurately.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field OR
  • High school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or operations.

Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 6:45 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 6:45 AM (15% shift differential)
  • Swing Shift Rotation (C & D): Week 1: 5 working days; Week 2: 2 working days.
