Job Summary


Is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager / Project Engineer to support both job estimation and full project lifecycle management once orders are released. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on technical accuracy, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate is highly driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments and with customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and project proposals
  • Manage manufacturing projects from order entry through completion
  • Coordinate engineering, purchasing, material control, quality, and installation activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on schedule
  • Review completed jobs and analyze data to improve future project performance
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers
  • Engage customers prior to manufacturing to confirm requirements and proposed solutions
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including P&IDs, schematics, and project records


Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints
  • High level of technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn products and customer applications
  • Associate degree or higher in an engineering discipline preferred (or equivalent technical experience)
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Stable work history
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset


Preferred Skills
  • AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or E-Drawings experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn new products and systems quickly
