MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Project Manager for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure the on-time delivery of capital projects within the Gas Value Stream. This is a contract, long-term assignment with potential for direct hire after 18 months.

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with project management software, preferably Smartsheet

Essential Functions

  • Lead project management efforts to support the on-time delivery of capital projects within the Gas Value Stream
  • Collaborate across Fulfillment, Installation, Global Supply Chain, and Engineering teams
  • Support Business Case Approval, Technical Specification creation, and issuance of RFQs and Pos
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of all CapEx purchasing process steps
  • Attend and facilitate Kaizens and Roadmaps to support capacity ramp-up
  • Maintain and update Smartsheet schedules accurately
  • Implement new ideas to enhance the qualification process, reduce cost, and add value
  • Identify and implement qualification cost-reduction opportunities
  • Provide shop support regionally and, when needed, globally
  • Foster a positive working environment with urgency and a focus on quality
  • Ensure team initiatives result in meaningful business impact
