As part of the local plant leadership team, this role contributes to strategic planning by developing engineered solutions that satisfy plant demands. It carries full responsibility for plant project execution, including capital project oversight, while adhering to defined organizational policies.This position works directly under the Plant Manager for all plant related projects and supervises the Project Engineer & other personnel on staff.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering highly preferredMinimum 5+ years of experience leading Capital Projects within a Manufacturing settingExperience leading projects for Hydraulics and/or Automation based equipment highly desiredAbility to manage multiple long-term & short-term projects simultaneously Experience managing projects with budgets up to $1M+Experience leading other team membersAbility to travel domestic & internationally, roughly 25% when needed
