  • Manage concurrent projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assess design manufacturability and review with internal teams.
  • Interpret drawings and GD&T to determine manufacturing feasibility.
  • Identify and mitigate design risks by implementing preventive controls.
  • Establish process controls for critical operations to prevent errors.
  • Escalate and communicate risks early when issues extend beyond Engineering.
  • Collaborate with department leads prior to process construction.
  • Stay current with manufacturing technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical engineering background.
  • Experience in manufacturing process improvement.
  • Proficiency in CAD and engineering design tools.
  • Solid understanding of GD&T and production feasibility.

You should be proficient in:

  • CAD Software
  • Welding Setups for Production
  • CAD/CAM Software

Machines & technologies you'll use:

  • MIG Welder
  • CNC Laser Cutter
  • CAD Software (AutoCAD)
