Job Title: Engineering II
Location: Draper, Utah
Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:
Apply quality engineering principles to ensure regulatory compliance in product development, manufacturing, and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve moderate manufacturing quality/compliance issues (e.g., CAPA, non-conformances).
• Conduct experiments and tests to validate and enhance products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Improve manufacturing processes with Six Sigma/LEAN methods; redesign tools and equipment to enhance quality and reduce risk.
• Maintain risk management files and develop documentation for production processes.
• Provide training, support tasks, and instructions to technicians, and coordinate their work.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in MS Office; ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques; experience with lab/industrial equipment.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, quality systems, and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels, including vendors and stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
