Job Title: Weighing Scale Operator Lv1

Location: Guntersville, AL, 35976 (On-Site Job)

Duration: 12 Months

Schedule: 2 weeks on dayshift and 2 weeks on nightshift (12 hours per day); overtime available approximately 6-8 hours OT.

1 week worker will work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

The 2nd week they will work Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Dayshift: 7:00 - 7:00 PM

Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $25/hr.

Job Description

• The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate, efficient manner with superior customer service.
• As a Scale Operator, you will weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain; Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors. Be an involved/engaged member of a team. Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room, office building, breakroom, etc. Ability to solve problems and make decisions as needed. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to operate mobile equipment
• Comfortable working with heights around 30 feet
• Work in all weather conditions
• Lifting up to 50 Ibs
