Job Title - Scale Operator (1 position)

Job Type - 12 Months Contract

Job Location - Guntersville, AL 35976

Schedule: 2 weeks on dayshift and 2 weeks on nightshift (12 hours per day); overtime available approximately 6-8 hours OT.

1 week worker will work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

The 2nd week they will work Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Dayshift: 7:00 - 7:00 PM

Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Job Description:

The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate, efficient manner with superior customer service.

As a Scale Operator, you will weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain; Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors.

Balancing Account payable statements. Running miscellaneous daily reports. Be an involved/engaged member of a team.

Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room, office building, break room, etc.

Ability to problem solve and make decision as needed.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Grain Grading knowledge

Must have steel toed boots. Client will provide the rest of the basic PPE.

Background check and drug test is required.
