Build Supervisor | Engineering & ManufacturingAn established engineering organisation is seeking a hands‑on Build Supervisor to lead the assembly and wiring of complex special‑purpose machinery involving mechanical, electrical, and laser technologies.Location: OxfordFull-time | PermanentWhat You’ll DoLead and supervise daily build operations to meet quality and delivery targets.Wire and mechanically assemble bespoke machinery using schematics and 3D CAD models.Install pneumatic/electrical routing and conduct electrical testing.Coordinate materials, resources, and build documentation.Mentor and support build technicians while driving continuous improvement.Work cross‑functionally to resolve build‑related challenges.Occasional international travel for machine installation and support.What You’ll BringHNC/HND in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).Strong leadership skills, with supervisory experience desirable.Significant experience in panel wiring and mechanical assembly.Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical technical drawings.Excellent organisation, problem‑solving, and communication skills.If you’re an experienced build professional ready to lead a skilled team and contribute to innovative engineering projects, we’d love to hear from you.
