Job Description :
Safety:
- Drive completion of all safety corrective actions on time.
- Perform audits and create follow up work orders to items identified.
- Support and complete all leadership responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
- LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE, Confined Space, JSA's securing the work area, over head safety, and to serve as the responsible party in any situation where someone might be injured.
- When working on a complex job requiring multiple trades a pre task plan shall be filled out.
- When working on a non-routine job a take two card shall be filled out.
- Know your shelter and rally points. Be prepared to account for every member of your team.
Daily Activities:
- Complete all Time and Attendance (Kronos) activities daily.
- Complete the utilization form (AP only).
- Offer over time according to the contract language and properly update the tracking sheet.
- Review down Equipment list and take action to get items closed within your sphere of influence.
- Print on premises report
- Respond to all calls for assistance on the floor.
- Manage your teams scheduled work and immediately escalate any problems with execution of the plan.
- Assign work as necessary to meet scheduled jobs as well as any reactive maintenance that comes up.
- Assure the start up sheets are filled out every day and update as necessary when new information is discovered with the intent of making the production start up smooth and problem free.
- Support the organization of the assigned shop and the material list be it POU for the shop or lineside components.
Drive to maximize equipment availability by:
- Responding to down time events as necessary, identifying improvements to minimize or eliminate root causes, improve team response times, improve fault detection, improve action plans, and engage engineering or vendors to support all activities.
- Identify any actions that need to be taken and add them to the countermeasures tracking. If the event ends with an ICA it is required that a corrective maintenance work order be inputted into the work order system for the PCA and your manager must be notified. In all cases the supervisor is responsible to verify this has been done without delay.
- Engage the reliability engineer as necessary to drive PCA's.
Weekly Activities:
- Strive to meet all BPD goals, update individual metrics, and update all countermeasures.
- Perform a minimum of one LOTO audit per week and upload to tracking sheet.
- Audit and sign off on team members cart safety sheets
- Complete Leadership Standard Work.
- Complete all scheduled layered audits.
- Attend all scheduled team meetings unless excused by your manager.

Experience
- 5 Years supervisory experience.
- 5 Years of Manufactory experience
- Some maintenance experience.
