Location: Sturgis, MI (On-site)
Schedule: Mon–Thurs 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime: Fridays 5:00 AM–10:30 AM (as needed)
Status: Full-time | Non-Union
Pay: Competitive pay, based on experience


Job Summary

We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations within our blade processing departments. This role is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while developing and engaging production team members.

This is a hands-on, on-the-floor leadership role for someone who thrives in a lean manufacturing environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals
  • Enforce safety standards, company policies, and standard work
  • Run daily stand-up meetings and maintain production boards
  • Ensure production schedules are met, and issues are escalated quickly
  • Develop KPIs and implement corrective actions
  • Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coach, train, and cross-train team members
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation


Areas You’ll Oversee

  • Vibe and tumble room
  • Drill, tap, counterbore, and deburr operations
  • Edge set operations (including Kalamazoo grinders and Hammond equipment)


What We’re Looking For

  • Manufacturing leadership or lead experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with computers and production tracking
  • Ability to identify root causes and solve problems
  • Lean manufacturing experience a plus
