Job Description

The Manufacturing Systems Performance & Integration Analyst serves as the critical link between manufacturing operations and systemic solutions for a varied set of manufacturing excellence processes designs. Ensuring that manufacturing sites fully leverage existing system capabilities to drive operational excellence, this role translates operational needs into technological requirements, manages integration, harmonization projects and their deployment and continuous improvement. By optimizing system usage, coordinating with IT for enhancements, and leading change management efforts, the Specialist enables consistent, high-quality, innovative and cost-effective manufacturing performance worldwide. This role is the connection between IT and operations, driving the digital manufacturing roadmap.


The Manufacturing Systems Performance & Integration Analyst will be a key contributor to the Global Manufacturing Excellence Program (MEP), ensuring optimal usage of manufacturing systems capabilities across diverse global operations. This role will focus on embedding best practices into systemic platforms, innovation and ensuring deployment across operations personnel, leveraging system features to achieve manufacturing excellence.


While system development is primarily an IT function, the Specialist will act as a bridge between operations and IT, identifying operational needs, translating them into system requirements, and managing projects to deliver new capabilities while ensuring the deployment of existing ones. The Specialist will ensure that key manufacturing processes are supported by robust, standardized system solutions, and will oversee adoption.


This role will be critical in the context of One Water Tech industrial processes systematization, where different legacy systems and processes must be harmonized.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert for manufacturing systems, process integration, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure optimal usage of existing manufacturing system capabilities by operations personnel through training, coaching and monitoring.
  • Contributes for the development and execution of strategies for harmonizing processes and systems across merged organizations with different ERP platforms.
  • Act as the liaison between operations and IT to identify needs, define requirements, and manage projects for new system capabilities or enhancements.
  • Ensure alignment of operational requirements into system solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with the data performance team for mapping, cleansing, and master data governance activities to support system integration. Monitor system performance and process compliance using metrics and analytics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on system usage and integration strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing systems, process development and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, Oracle) and manufacturing process.
  • Proven track record in process standardization, system harmonization, and governance.
  • Experience in multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Up to 25% travel involved for site visits


Skills Preferred:

  • Experience in chemical and membrane manufacturing, and equipment assembly operations.
  • M&A integration experience, including system migration and process harmonization.
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) principles.
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT integration, and manufacturing analytics.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in manufacturing assembly operations.
  • Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to work effectively across global teams.
  • Experience in change management, training delivery, and workforce engagement.
  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods
