SCHEDULE Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM JOB SUMMARY Cresco Labs is seeking a Lab Technician to join our facility. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The Lab Technician completes tasks assigned by the Manufacturing Manager to complete post-extraction processing steps, formulation of products, and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the production areas. The Lab Technician is also responsible for day-to-day tasks, including working with extraction and packaging when needed. CORE JOB DUTIES Complete post-extraction processing of cannabis oils, including winterization, activation, evaporation, and filtration Manufacture formulated products including capsules, tinctures, lotions, patches, and bulkoils Document production accurately in batch records and logbooks Sanitize production equipment and tools, including workspace, manufacturing equipment, containers, and appliances Maintain organization of the lab and manufacturing areas, monitor and order supplies, and perform product inventory Perform lab benchwork and sample preparations as directed Assist in extraction and packaging departments as needed REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS Two years of experience in a lab or manufacturing environment Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment Proficiency in Windows-based software and point of sale applications Proven ability to adhere strictly to health and safety policies BENEFITS Cresco Labs offers eligible employees a robust benefits package including major medical, dental and vision insurance; a 401(K) match program; FSA/HSA options; LTD/STD; life insurance and AD&D paid holidays and paid time off; annual discretionary bonuses; stock options; and participation in an employee discount program.
