This is a great opportunity to be a vital member of the production team that manufactures our custom Aircraft Ground Support Equipment. The chosen candidate will perform assembly and fabrication of electrical and mechanical parts, using a variety of tools and equipment according to the specifications of the production line in our manufacturing facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications. Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other instructions to accurately assemble equipment and products. Maintain productivity as determined by management. Utilize handheld tools such as cordless drills, ratchets, sockets, heat guns, etc. Maintain inventory of products at workstations. Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met. Identify product defects and document accordingly. Rework and repair assembled equipment as per engineering specifications. Perform work in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Accept ownership of tasks and explore opportunities to add value.
