MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN
Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 4:00 pm
$17.50 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Receive, log, and track parts and samples using assigned identification numbers
- Process job shop parts and customer samples according to work instructions
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Perform quality checks following established procedures and customer specifications
- Prepare, package, and ship finished parts and samples
- Maintain inventory of materials, media, and chemicals
- Operate production equipment and assist with basic equipment maintenance
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervision promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn and operate forklifts, cranes, and powered equipment
- Comfortable working with hand tools, machinery, and chemicals
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Willingness to follow safety procedures, including PPE use
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and high-noise environments
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly and push/pull heavier containers with assistance
- Capable of repetitive tasks, overhead work, and standing for extended periods
