• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly for flight hardware and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) based on flight drawings and procedures.
• Assist engineers in the manufacture and testing of flight/prototype hardware, infrastructure development, and documentation.
• Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure timely maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Work with manufacturing engineering to ensure manufacturing orders are optimized, and process instructions are understood.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures in all aspects of assembly and testing.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, with additional advanced training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Aerospace manufacturing or similar industry.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong fabrication and general shop skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer skills.
• US Citizen or US Person (required by ITAR regulations).
• Ability to work Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.

• Ability to read and work from diagrams, drawings, and detailed procedures.
• Proficient in operating electrical and non-electrical manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with hand tools such as crimpers, drills, torque wrenches, and power tools.
• Comfortable working with adhesives, chemical cleaners, and coating materials.
