- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware issues; generate mission logs and Zero Problem Tickets (ZPTs), escalate blockers, and follow through on resolution.
- Execute vehicle bring-up procedures, including required software/firmware updates, and support early testing on new vehicle platforms (e.g., L3, VH6) where processes may be undefined.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to validate fixes, develop manufacturing AST work instructions, and improve testing processes.
- Communicate clearly in Slack and cross-functional forums, providing timely updates, summaries, and feedback on testing status and issues.
- Support vehicle movement, transportation logistics, and general shop operations while maintaining a clean, organized workspace in compliance with EHS standards.
- Identify and propose improvements to quality, efficiency, and safety; demonstrate flexibility through cross-training and support of evolving processes.
