· Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (mandatory)

· Experience:

1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment preferred

· Role Overview:

• Supports both upstream and downstream operations
• Focus on manufacturing support activities rather than core process ownership
• Exposure to single-use bioreactor systems

· Technical Skills:

• Experience with Single-Use Bioreactors (SUBs) is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with systems like MES, Oracle, EBS, or LMS is a plus
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly (training provided for ~6 months)

· Work Schedule:

• Must be comfortable with overnight shifts
• Work cycle: 2–3 day rotation
• Flexibility for overtime required

· Work Style Expectations:

• Ability to work independently
• Must follow SOPs strictly
• Strong documentation skills required

· Team Structure:

• Part of a 23-member manufacturing team

· Travel:

• No travel required

· Interview Process:

• 30-minute Zoom interview
• Followed by 30–45 minute onsite interview
