Bellus Labs is looking for a dependable and hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys manufacturing, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that creates high-quality skincare products.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Batch Maker by prepping and organizing raw materials for production
- Assist with filling, bottling, and assembling products
- Help with labeling and packaging finished goods
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
- Clean and Sanitize Production Equipment

The Manufacturing Project Manager oversees all aspects of client production projects from concept to completion. This role ensures that every project is executed with precision — meeting quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating between departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple manufacturing projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules and timelines.
Coordinate with formulation, production, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure on-time completion.
Oversee ordering of raw materials, packaging, and components based on project requirements.
Monitor and communicate project progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the production process.
Ensure all deliverables meet Bellus Labs’ high standards for quality and compliance.
Collaborate with purchasing and shipping teams to align materials and deliveries with production schedules.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing or a related field (cosmetics or CPG preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in scheduling and project tracking tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
