Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have basic experience in manufacturing operations and familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) scanners for inventory tracking and process control. This role supports daily production activities, ensures quality standards, and helps maintain an efficient workflow on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Use RF scanners to track materials, update inventory, and ensure accurate data entry
• Assist in assembly, inspection, and packaging of products
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S standards)
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED – Mandatory
• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with RF scanners or handheld inventory devices
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and basic documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
