Extol, Inc. is looking for a flexible and driven Manufacturing Technician! This position is responsible for supporting the Material Conversion Team in producing quality components on time, according to specifications, and within cost expectations. Strong candidates will demonstrate the ability to contribute both administratively and hands-on across CNC, manual machining, fabrication, and material coordination activities.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Provides hands-on support in CNC, manual machining, and fabrication environments to help produce custom manufactured components.
  • Maintains organized workflow by supporting scheduling, tracking detail packages, and coordinating outsourced processes such as coating and plating.
  • Ensure materials and work-in-process parts are delivered accurately and on time to internal departments.
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to improve delivery, timing, cost, and quality of components.
  • Develops efficient processes by participating in continuous improvement efforts within the Material Conversion Team.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to go where the work is needed, supporting both direct production and administrative tasks.


What You’ll Bring

  • Associate’s degree, technical certifications, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • Experience or educational background in machining and/or fabrication processes.
  • Understanding of production systems, machining techniques, and blueprint/CAD interpretation.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift certification or ability to obtain).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and a collaborative mindset.


Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
