Job Title: Consultant – Market Access & HTA (EMEA)Company: Leading Life Sciences Consulting FirmRegion: EMEAWorkplace Type: Fully RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeContract Type: Initial 6 month assignmentA leading international life sciences consulting firm is seeking a Consultant (EMEA) to support client projects across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, with a strong focus on market access, health technology assessment (HTA), and payer-related topics.About the RoleIn this role, you will contribute to consulting engagements ranging from structured analyses to the development of client-ready solutions and deliverables.You will work closely with Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Principals, and may lead small workstreams or project components.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client requirements, challenges, and market access questions;Support the development of proposals, methodologies, and client solutions;Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses related to HTA, reimbursement, and payer decision-making;Develop structured documentation, reports, and analytical outputs;Design and contribute to client presentations tailored to different stakeholder audiences;Deliver high-quality client deliverables within established consulting frameworks;Build expertise in consulting methodologies and life sciences markets through active project involvement;Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams across the EMEA region;Support project execution under the guidance of Senior Consultants or Engagement Managers.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus);3–5 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting, market access, HTA, or related fields;Experience working on market access and HTA projects;Familiarity with payer and HTA agencies in one or more of the following regions: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, China;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to work effectively in project teams and across functions;Solid understanding of business processes and decision-making in healthcare and life sciences.Preferred ExperienceBackground at payer agencies, HTA bodies, or market access organizations;Experience within healthcare or strategy consulting environments;Exposure to reimbursement processes, value dossiers, or pricing strategies.Key Skills & CompetenciesMarket Access;Health Technology Assessment (HTA);Reimbursement & Pricing;Consulting methodologies;Quantitative & qualitative analysis;Stakeholder management;Client presentations;Time and project management.Interested?Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button and submitting your updated CV, or reach out to:Sari Steenhauer, Team Lead Life Sciences at Gi Life Sciences NetherlandsM: 0633137746E:
