Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Acquisition
- Respond to leads and conduct initial client consultations to assess fit and needs
- Guide prospective clients through our intake process with empathy and professionalism
- Schedule qualified prospects for attorney consultations, optimizing calendar efficiency
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain top-of-mind awareness and move them through our pipeline
- Achieve monthly client acquisition targets while delivering exceptional service
Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate with external marketing partners to optimize advertising campaigns and ROI
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture client relationships
- Coordinate and promote webinars and educational seminars on estate planning topics
- Manage social media presence and engage with our online community
- Track and analyze conversion metrics from various marketing channels
- Maintain comprehensive lead tracking and reporting systems
- Create and distribute quarterly newsletters to prospects, clients, and referral sources
Operations & Client Service
- Organize client files and perform data entry in our case management system
- Cross-train on administrative duties, including phone coverage and meeting coordination
- Maintain an accurate database of prospects, current clients, and referral sources
- Ensure all communications align with firm branding and messaging standards
- Support attorneys and paralegals with schedule management and workflow optimization
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years customer service, sales, or client-facing experience
- Outstanding communication skills with natural empathy and active listening abilities

- Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems
