This position is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing a wide range of marketing, branding, and internal communication initiatives-ensuring projects move from concept through completion with clarity, consistency, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for a highly organized, execution-focused professional who thrives on managing multiple workstreams, tracking details over long timelines, and bringing structure to complex or repeatable processes. The Coordinator ensures that ideas, plans, and requests do not stall or fall through the cracks, even when execution spans weeks or months.Core FocusOperational excellence and follow-through across marketing initiativesProject coordination and organization for both internal and external marketing effortReliable execution that supports strategic priorities without sacrificing qualityKey ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionOwn day-to-day coordination of marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined, tracked, and completed.Serve as the central point of accountability for moving projects forward-following up with internal teams, vendors, and partners until tasks are fully closed.Maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and documentation to support long-term initiatives that require sustained attention.Manage recurring requests efficiently by building repeatable processes and organizational systems.Trade Show & Event CoordinationLead logistical planning and execution for trade shows and events.Ensure materials are organized, documented, and ready for reuse to prevent last-minute scrambles or costly reorders.Vendor & Resource CoordinationManage vendor relationships and logistics, including: requesting quotes and supporting RFP processes, tracking orders, invoices, and delivery timelines.Support sourcing and purchasing for branded materials.ABM & Sales Enablement SupportSupport Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.Assist with CRM updates, contact research, mailing address validation, and campaign organization.Organize sales tools, digital assets, and image libraries to ensure teams can easily access current, approved materials.Internal Communications & Employee EngagementDraft, organize, and distribute internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and engagement materials.Maintain and update internal communication tools.Collaborate with HR on recruiting campaigns, onboarding materials, and employee engagement initiatives, providing structure and execution support.Brand & Content SupportSupport the Brand Manager with coordination of brand-related initiatives.Assist with content execution such as photography, video coordination, and social media support.Coordinate pulling 3D renderings, organizing visual assets, and supporting content production workflows.External Communications & PR SupportCollaborate with external PR partners to ensure timely communication and organized handoffs between internal stakeholders and external partners.Key Skills & CompetenciesOrganizational Excellence: Exceptional ability to manage details, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects simultaneously.Strong follow-through-able to stay engaged with long-running projects and ensure completion, even when execution spans weeks or months.Comfort creating structure where it doesnt exist, including building systems, checklists, and repeatable processes.Execution & Accountability: Self-directed and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership over assigned responsibilities. Proactive communicator who follows up consistently and escalates issues appropriately. Able to balance urgent requests with longer-term priorities without losing momentum.Collaboration & Communication: Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, HR, operations, and external partners. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
