This is a create, build, and bring a brand to life role.We are looking for someone who can take what we do every day, how we interact with clients, how we show up in the community, and turn it into content that feels real, engaging, and worth paying attention to.You will have room to be creative, bring ideas, and shape how we show up. You’ll also be part of a team that is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.What You’ll DoContent Creation & Video Production (Core Focus)Plan, film, and edit video content (short and long form)Capture real moments across our offices, team, and communityTurn everyday interactions into meaningful, engaging contentBring fresh ideas and execute them consistentlySocial Media ManagementManage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and other social media as appropriateBuild and maintain a content calendarWrite clear, engaging, educational postsEngage with comments and opportunities to connectStrategy & Brand DevelopmentBring ideas for campaigns, content series, and engagementHelp shape and evolve our brand voiceEnsure consistency across all platformsWebsite & MessagingUpdate website content and blogsKeep messaging aligned across channelsSupport basic SEO through contentAnalytics & ImprovementTrack performance and engagementUse insights to improve content and strategyIdentify what’s working and where to adjustCommunity & Event ContentCapture content at events and in-office momentsHelp translate real-world experiences into strong digital presenceWhat We’re Looking ForYou are likely someone who:Sees content opportunities everywhereEnjoys both creating and thinking strategicallyCan take an idea and run with itIs self-directed but collaborativeWants flexibility, but also takes ownership seriouslyEducation & ExperienceDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, orEquivalent hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, or a business environmentMust-HavesStrong video production and editing skills (this is essential)Experience managing content for a business or brandStrong writing and communication skillsAbility to work independently and follow throughWillingness and ability to travel between Newmarket, Rochester, and AltonTools You’ll Be UsingCapCutCanvaMeta Business SuiteSocial and basic analytics toolsCompensation & StructureApproximately 20 hours per weekFlexible schedule, with in-office time required for filming$28–$32/hour depending on experience and quality of workGrowth OpportunityWe are a growing company, and this role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position for the right person.Our Team & ValuesFriendly & Personable We bring enthusiasm to every interaction and strive to make people smile.Guided by Integrity We do the right thing with honesty, accountability, and follow-through.
