Barnhart Transportation is seeking a Marketing & Creative Manager!
We are looking for a well-rounded marketing professional who can develop campaigns, create engaging content, and measure results. The right candidate is both creative, self motivated and high energy with the ability to take an idea from concept to execution while demonstrating real ROI.
This role will also play a key part in strengthening Barnhart’s digital presence through improved analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven decision making, while supporting company culture through event coordination and community outreach initiatives.

- Graphic design and multimedia skills
- Experience with digital marketing, analytics, and social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Partner with the sales team to support growth and expand market reach
- Create and manage high-quality marketing materials across digital and print platforms
- Design graphics, videos, presentations, and branded content
- Manage and grow Barnhart’s social media presence
- Lead the development and improvement of marketing analytics and reporting to enhance digital performance and ROI
- Track and analyze performance and provide actionable insights to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions
- Maintain and update website content with a focus on performance optimization
- Manage fleet graphics including decals, and signage
- Plan, organize, and execute company events, trade shows, and internal functions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience with video editing and content creation is a plus
- Strong familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.)
- Print and large-format design experience preferred but not required
- Experience in transportation or logistics is a plus
