Title: Marketing & E-Commerce Director/Senior Manager
Salary range :160K-180K /year

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and actively contribute to the management and improvement of the P&L across e-commerce channels, including the company website, social media platforms, and retail marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, The Home Depot, Lowe's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Wayfair, and Chewy.
- Own the e-commerce forecasting process, ensuring accurate, data-driven predictions to inform strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a strategic leader in identifying and driving new revenue and profit opportunities, managing and executing the e-commerce promotional and sales calendar, with the ability to lead initiatives directly or delegate to cross-functional teams as needed.
- Oversee key performance areas such as merchandising, bundling, online sales, promotions, and other initiatives, ensuring prioritization and alignment with business objectives across all channels.
- Leverage UI/UX insights and analytics to optimize site performance while delivering a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Develop and drive the product roadmap, including new product launches, promotions, and other initiatives aimed at driving revenue.

Reporting to the COO/Assistant General Manager, the Director of E-commerce will spearhead initiatives to improve key performance metrics, including AOV (Average Order Value) and LTV (Lifetime Value), while enhancing the digital product experience to complement the company’s physical products.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in developing and executing product roadmaps, thrives on translating strategy into action, and possesses a deep understanding of the intersection between marketing, customer experience, and technology. This role involves managing e-commerce channels, including the company’s website, social media platforms, and retail partner channels such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, The Home Depot, Lowe's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Wayfair, and Chewy.
