Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the company’s marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives. This role focuses primarily on coordinating marketing activities, social media efforts, promotional materials, company events, and internal communications. In addition, the position includes general administrative and operational support as assigned, which may extend beyond marketing-related functions.

This role is ideal for an experienced support professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs while contributing to both creative and administrative initiatives. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

·       Support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, internal communications, and promotional campaigns

·       Coordinate social media content scheduling, posting, and performance tracking while maintaining brand consistency

·       Assist with the development, organization, and distribution of promotional materials, including digital assets, presentations, flyers, and internal messaging

·       Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and company promotions

·       Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements related to marketing events, including schedules, accommodations, and itineraries

·       Assist with internal mass communications such as company-wide announcements, marketing updates, and promotional messaging

·       Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project tracking to ensure deadlines are met

·       Organize and maintain marketing assets, templates, and promotional inventory

·       Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned, which may include scheduling, document preparation, coordination tasks, and support for departments or leadership outside of marketing

·       Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs require

·       Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions

·       Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, or a related professional role

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and professional communications

·       Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·       Working knowledge of social media platforms and marketing coordination tools

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

·       Ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities

·       High attention to detail with strong follow-through and accountability

·       High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability

·       Professional, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or promotional initiatives

·       Experience performing administrative or operational duties in a dynamic business environment

·       Familiarity with design or content creation tools is a plus
