Marketing & Administrative Coordinator
Location: Sarasota / Tampa area, FL (In-Office)
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
A growing commercial construction and development firm specializing in ground-up, luxury, hospitality and high-end projects is seeking a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and daily office operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Manage and update social media platforms
- Create and schedule monthly email communications
- Help develop marketing strategies and promotional materials
- Perform light graphic design using Canva
- Capture photos and create content for marketing use
- Attend and assist with networking and industry events
Administrative & Office Support
- Serve as a point of contact for incoming leads and inquiries
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Open and close the office daily
- Coordinate and help plan company and client events
- Assist with party planning and networking event logistics
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, administrative support, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and ambitious
