Falconer Agency is one of the leading PR agencies in the East Coast for supporting craftsmanship and consumer goods. A large part of our business is supporting British brands expanding in the US market. We are looking to hire freelance PR consultants to assist on our accounts. This job is remote, however ideally you have a strong network in the East Coast (NYC, The Hamptons, Upstate NY, Palm Beach).

Job Title: Partnerships and Marketing Assistant

Location: Remote with hybrid work options; Ideally based in New York, or Los Angeles.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Partnerships and Marketing Assistant. In this position, your integral role will be to actively contribute to the success of the agency by supporting the Director in effectively managing partnerships, with a specific emphasis on retail, corporate, and promotional collaborations. Additionally, you will play a key role in executing various marketing initiatives to enhance the agency's overall visibility and success in the market. The role is starting with 15 hours per week part time, with a look to increase.

Responsibilities:

Partnership Support:

  • Work closely with the Director to identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships across retail, corporate, and promotional sectors.
  • Coordinate communication with partners and maintain positive relationships.
  • Collaborate on partnership proposals and presentations.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Execute key executive assistant tasks to support the agency's marketing efforts.
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva.
  • Manage email campaigns and newsletters through MailChimp.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and various stakeholders.

Communication:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries and communication.
  • Conduct effective and professional communication via phone and email.
  • Ensure timely responses to partnership and marketing-related inquiries.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using Canva, MailChimp, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable and proficient in speaking on the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a PR or marketing agency, is a plus.

Location:

This is a remote position with some hybrid work options. Ideal candidates will be based in New York, Palm Beach, or Los Angeles.
