\nPosition Overview
\nKelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing – Customer Service - Inventory Clerk / Project Support professional to support a Marketing team at a customer experience center in Shippensburg, PA. This project-based role focuses on enhancing the customer experience through support of tours, events, and Brand Shop operations.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, customer engagement, and project coordination.

\nKey Responsibilities
\nCustomer Experience & Tours\n\n
    \n\t
  • Assist in planning and coordinating customer visits and VIP tours \n\t
  • Prepare materials such as badges, schedules, and welcome items \n\t
  • Track visit details and gather feedback \n\t
  • Support improvements to customer experience processes \n
\nBrand Shop & Inventory Support\n\n
    \n\t
  • Organize merchandise for events and tours \n\t
  • Assist with inventory preparation and tracking \n\t
  • Support setup for customer visits and special events \n\t
  • Help develop basic guidelines and operational checklists \n
\nProject & Administrative Support\n\n
    \n\t
  • Assist with process improvements and project-related tasks \n\t
  • Document workflows, tools, and procedures \n\t
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) \n\t
  • Participate in execution of events as needed \n

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail \n\t
  • Effective communication skills \n\t
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams \n\t
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) \n\t
  • Ability to work independently with guidance \n
