Parker Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is currently seeking a qualified and motivated full-time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Parker, Colorado.

The Marketing Assistant position follows a standard full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is primarily based in our Parker, CO office, with the option of a hybrid arrangement depending on business needs.

ARE YOU THE MARKETING ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• 2+ years of marketing experience (marketing experience within the home services industry is ideal)

AVERAGE DAY AS A MARKETING ASSISTANT

In this position, you will support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives designed to promote company growth and brand visibility. You will be responsible for organizing marketing campaigns, attending networking and social events, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with company culture and objectives. A critical part of your responsibilities will include maximizing return on investment for advertising expenditures and contributing to efforts aimed at attracting new talent to the organization. You will work closely with leadership to help develop innovative marketing strategies that support both customer engagement and workforce development.
