Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creative design and execution of email and social media campaigns, helping develop creative assets, messaging, and define target audiences.
- Assist in developing content calendars and content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to increase website traffic.
- Help design email content, suggest audience segments, and draft workflows that will convert leads into sales appointments.
- Identify opportunities to test, optimize, and scale campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and sales.
- Contribute to primary and secondary research that informs decisions related to channel, content, customers, and company strategy.
- Setup email and social media campaigns that maintain consistent publishing cadences.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to review campaign performance metrics that will inform decision making.
- Assist with budgeting and reconciling monthly marketing spend.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing (B2C highly preferred), with hands-on expertise in content creation and campaign execution.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and budget management.
- Exhibit intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP; Power BI is a plus).
