What You Will Be Doing
Supports the sales director and his Sales team through a variety of tasks related to organization, marketing, advertising and communication and general administration. Proficient with a variety of analytical tools, products concepts, marketing practices and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinating meetings with clients and appointments for the sales department.
- Supporting marketing activities such as exhibitions, shows and public events
- Supporting customer visits needs and advanced preparations
- Supporting market analysis and management presentations with Director Sales
- Creates / Submits monthly activity report to Sales Director
- Supports with arranging for business travel and quarterly sales meeting coordination
- Responsible for Sales Force general inquiries, filtering with Sales Director for the sales team.
- Maintaining electronic databases (i.e. Sales Force, Shared Drive, Legal Document folders) of the sales department of the company and updating information.
- Create and maintain marketing database including company presentations and materials
- Preparing relevant and crisp presentations and reports regarding sales proposals and plans
- Support in market research and analysis to benefit our “go to market strategy”
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information with Director Sales guidance
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Support and write simple marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the relevant product markets
- Engage with corporate marketing teams to gain tool knowledge and scale current products

Experience:
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
- BSc in Marketing, Business Marketing or relevant applicable field is a strong advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Excel, Power Point, Online analytics, Google etc.)
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

- Willingness to work as part of a team or even lead a team when called upon
- Ability to multitask and display flexibility while carrying out duties
- Must have knowledge of computer software and operation (Microsoft based)
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant

- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Exquisite communication and people skills
