We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to craft compelling content, execute strategic marketing initiatives and manage marketing communications projects that drive global business growth. In this role, you’ll create and oversee marketing materials for product launches, industry verticals, demand generation programs, sales enablement and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities: 

Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate engaging written content for various platforms including website, social media, digital advertising email marketing and other digital platforms

Social Media Management: Develop and execute comprehensive social media management responsibilities across multiple platforms, including content creation, scheduling engagement and performance analysis.

Product Launches:  Lead marketing communications efforts and project management for new product launches in collaboration with R&D, Product Management and Sales teams

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Participate in the planning, content creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels

 Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing e-newsletters and campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers

 Event Marketing: Create and execute marketing deliverables around the promotion of company events, including tradeshows, regional events and online events/webinars.

Collaboration & Coordination:  Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives while staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and motion capture technology.

Requirements

Exceptional Writing and Editing Skills—able to craft engaging copy for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with Digital Marketing Tools, including CMS platforms, email marketing and marketing automation platforms and social media management

A Proactive, Problem-solving Approach—you take ownership and get things done.

Attention to Detail and a Results-driven Mindset—you thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple projects.

Strong Project Management Abilities—experience managing internal projects with range of colleagues, vendors management for outsourced projects and project launch timelines.

 Collaboration Skills—you enjoy working cross-functionally and building strong relationships.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

·         5 years of experience in Marketing Communications or related role

Additional Details:

·         Occasional travel required (<5%)

·         Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required for tradeshows or events

·         Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods at events
