This role starts as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position. You’ll work directly under our lead marketing team member on multiple aspects of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand growth.What You’ll Do:Content Creation & Social Media ManagementDevelop engaging social media posts to increase audience interaction and brand awareness.Schedule and manage posts across platforms like LinkedIn and X.Research trends and create content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy.Help with community engagement by responding to comments and messages.SEO & Blog WritingAssist with optimizing and publishing SEO-optimized blog posts.Conduct basic keyword research and apply best practices for digital content.Assist in researching industry news/insights and developing email copy for email marketing campaigns.Website & Digital Marketing SupportAssist with website updates and maintenance using Wix.General Marketing & Administrative SupportAssist with gathering client testimonials from customers Assist with event planning as needed.Help manage marketing materials, outreach lists, and other organizational tasks.Support in brainstorming and executing new marketing initiatives.What We’re Looking For:Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.Basic knowledge of SEO principles, email marketing, and website maintenance.Experience with Wix or similar website builders is a plus.Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable with learning new tools and receiving feedback to improve skills.Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Canva, or basic graphic design tools.Why Join Us?Hands-on experience: Work on real projects and develop in-demand marketing skills.Growth potential: This role starts part-time with the potential to expand to full-time.Remote flexibility: Primarily remote with hybrid options near our Boulder, CO office.Collaborative environment: Be part of a supportive, fast-paced marketing team.Professional development: Gain exposure to a variety of marketing disciplines and strategies.
